It's Awards Season!

It's Awards Season in Hollywood and the JSFL Community is shining!  "The Technique",  created by JSFL founder Joan Scheckel, has quickly become the most influential craft to be developed since Strasberg's "The Method."

This
revolutionary new approach to writing, directing and acting craft has contributed to the development of 81 completed features and television shows.  80have been released.  71 came to the Labs without financing. The works have been nominated over 700 times and won over 400 times, including major nods at the Academy and Emmy Awards.

Having worked with so many of cinema and televisions most vital new voices, JSFL's sphere of influence continues to expand. Take Action on your project and sign up for our next lab now!

Chapter 1 in The Lab series: ACTION focuses the core building blocks of story essential to The Technique: Nugget, Action and Beats. Use these tools to structure your film or episodic, unleash authentic performances and express your directorial vision. Learn more here.
